What this page covers

This docs site (docs.sureops.ai) is hosted on Mintlify. This page explains what data is collected when you visit, and how to use the AI assistant responsibly.

Data collected by Mintlify

When you use this site, Mintlify and its subprocessors may collect:
  • Ask-AI prompts and chat transcripts — text you type into the AI assistant
  • Page views and navigation — which pages you visit and in what order
  • IP address and user-agent — standard web analytics signals
  • Cookies and analytics — session and usage telemetry
  • MCP query telemetry — if you connect an AI IDE via the MCP server
Review Mintlify’s privacy policy and their DPA/subprocessor list for full details on how they handle your data.

How to use the AI assistant safely

Do not paste secrets, live incident data, or customer identifiers into Ask-AI.The AI assistant (Ask-AI) sends your prompts to Mintlify’s infrastructure and third-party LLM providers for processing. Treat it like any external AI service:
  • No API keys, tokens, or passwords
  • No customer names, organization IDs, or tenant identifiers
  • No live incident details, alert bodies, or log excerpts containing real data
  • No internal hostnames, IP addresses, or infrastructure identifiers
Use the assistant only to ask questions about sureops documentation.

AI indexability

This documentation is deliberately machine-readable. Pages are available as .md endpoints, indexed by RAG for Ask-AI, served via the MCP server, and listed in llms.txt. This is intentional — it makes sureops docs useful to AI coding assistants and LLMs. Only content that is safe for public consumption is published here.
